Is your software GDPR compliant / Is my data secure?

Our software complies with the principles of the GDPR regulation. Our hardware devices (such as cameras or sensors) do not store sensitive data at any time. Moreover, in most cases, the software is installed locally on an edge device. How much does the system cost?

Our prices are based on the size of the company and the number of workstations required. Our pricing structure is a hybrid of affordable initial investment for the purchase of the hardware devices and monthly license fee.

What can I use the system for?

The system can be used for various areas of application. On the one hand, it can be used for process and quality assurance in production operations. Deviations in the production process are displayed to the worker in real time so that he can correct them immediately. In addition, the system can be used to train new employees in order to relieve experienced employees of the task. Further use cases result from the process transparency gained. Let us identify suitable use cases in a personal meeting.

I don't want a stand-alone solution. Can I connect the system to my MES or other systems?

We do not want to develop a stand-alone solution either, as our solution unfolds great potential in particular if several stations are equipped with the system. Therefore, we have paid attention to a scalable approach during development and have also developed numerous interfaces to various systems in the production landscape. We would be happy to discuss your requirements in a personal meeting and provide a new interface if required.

Which requirements do I need to use your system in my production?

Basically, you should have an interest in wanting to improve the quality or the training process in manual processes in your production. We always recommend standardization before digitization. The more standardized a process is, the easier the subsequent quality assurance is. As a rule, the system is also easier to use if a quantity > 50 products per variant/year is produced. Nevertheless, we have already helped customers with very individual production with their problems. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

We have very few resources internally to implement a new system. How much effort is the implementation and do you support us?

We offer different models how to implement the software. Basically you need about 3-4 hours per workstation to set up the software and it can be done by yourself. However, we also offer you support in the implementation.

I already have a monitor at my workstation. Do I need another one?

No. In principle, an additional monitor for the system naturally offers advantages in operation and visualization. Nevertheless, many customers already have a monitor and do not want to install another one. Therefore, our system can either be accessed via the internal network in a browser or use our interfaces for visualization in other systems.

How long does a typical pilot project with you take?

Of course, this depends very much on the requirements and the scope, but pilots usually take between 6-10 weeks.
